BL03 in full production and the future of our Security Seal range

Since our last newsletter regarding the acquisition of Sherwood Plastics’ tooling and ancillary equipment, the transfer is progressing quickly. Several new product tools are being serviced and commissioned. The first one being, our BL03 (previously known as SK1). This is already in full production and being supplied to new and existing customers. This marks a big step forward for Talisman Group and Talisman Security Seals, expanding our Security Seals range and creating growth opportunities for both Talisman and our customers.

The BL03 is currently being produced at our Injection Moulding facility in Malvern, where we have over 25 machines working around the clock to deliver to our customers’ needs. These machines, including the ones producing the BL03, are continuously monitored to ensure that production of the highest quality is maintained whilst volume are produced and stocks are replenished.  

So, what other products can customers expect to see in the future?

We currently have multiple tools going through our servicing and commissioning processes. These products will expand our current ranges of Pull-Tight, Fixed Length, and Totebox Security Seals. We will be launching these products and sharing images/details with you every step of the way!
