A reflection on 2025
Today marks the beginning of 2026, the perfect time to reflect on our achievements over the past 12 months. So much has been achieved across our three UK sites, including personnel development, site improvements, new energy-efficient machinery, cross-group sales and transfer of equipment to ensure the service to our customers is set up for peak efficiency. This allows us to provide the best, cost-effective plastic moulding solutions to our customers.
2025 saw us continue growing our customer base (new and existing) in our specialist markets, Automotive, Fluid Transfer, Rail and Electrical & Electronics.
Site Improvements
Continuous improvement is embedded in our business. Every change we make moves us forward with our offering to customers. We have moved out our old energy-hungry machines, brought in the latest technology, moulding and automation solutions. We have created common group Reception areas providing a modern, on-brand, welcoming atmosphere for our customers, suppliers, and partners. We do not stop there…… New quality pods have been created, floors painted, new kitchen and bathroom facilities for our workforce have been installed, and the latest cooling tower solutions have been implemented.
Systems
All three sites now offer ISO 14001, a key milestone that supports our pledge to ‘always’ think about the environment in everything we do. A centralised CRM system has been adopted, ensuring that the methods and practices that drive a modern business forward are followed. This also opens cross-site capacity, allowing cloud-based sales order processing from site to site to be instantly seen and recognised. This includes an interconnected group marketing function, providing us with reach to our customer base with common messaging through data that is visual across the workforce.
Customers, new and existing
Our sales and technical teams exhibited at two shows in 2025, Southern Manufacturing and the RSN Rail Exhibitions, which gave us the opportunity to share business updates and group capability with new and existing customers, reiterating the Talisman Group offering as a leading supplier of Injection and Composite Moulding solutions. There will be more to come in 2026 as we see the return of Interplas, a widely used meeting point for industry experts.
Going Forward
It is important for us to continue the path that we laid out in 2025. Growth and innovation through constant improvements will help us achieve our goals in 2026 and beyond. We will continue to offer industry-leading manufacturing of Injection and Composite Moulding solutions, becoming the go-to brand for UK customers. Finally, we would like to take this opportunity to wish our customers a Happy New Year. We are excited to see what 2026 holds for our partners and us.
